Given that the continent will be home to the world’s largest labor force by 2024 with an estimated working population of 1 billion, we have no doubt that Africa’s graduate unemployment problem is a global problem.

Our goal is to turn the tide of this problem by creating a sustainable scheme that equips university students with necessary tools for jobs of the 21st century, connects them to opportunities in leading industries, and prepares them to thrive innovatively in the global workplace of the future.
