The goal of our training program is to bridge the gap between the students\u2019 college education and today\u2019s labour market needs. Our guiding philosophy is to support our scholars to develop a sense of purpose by recognizing who they are and the opportunities ahead and work diligently for world-class success.<\/p>\n

We run quarterly training workshops and innovation sprints where we teach, discuss and brainstorm techniques for technical skills development and personal empowerment.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
